I am a small town Island Girl from the
wiiiild west coast of Vancouver Island

June 21st, 2011 at Dundas Square in Toronto, Ontario!
The Native Canadian Centre of Toronto started a new tradition
and began National Aboriginal History Month and
hosts a major National Aboriginal Day event at
Dundas Square
Established June 21, 2010
Anyone ever been to New York Time Square
(or at least seen the Big Apple drop on New Year's Eve)
or perhaps you are aware of
Piccadilly Square in London, England
Well, Dundas Square is Canada's version
of the world renowned
part of this major city of 3 million
I now live in...
someday's I think that one apartment building in this big city
could be the entire 14 000 population
of my hometown of Port Alberni, BC on Vancouver Island
For the record, being on stage @ Dundas Square
made me feel like a super star!
